  • Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue

  • Additional work beyond the agreed scope requires separate quotation

4.2 Payment Terms

It is the customer's responsibility to check for Tree Preservation Orders (TPOs) or Conservation Area restrictions before requesting tree work. We can provide guidance but cannot be held liable for work performed without proper permissions.

We recommend consulting your local council before proceeding with significant tree work.

7. Health and Safety

We prioritize safety in all our operations:

  • All staff are trained and certified in tree surgery techniques
  • We maintain comprehensive public liability insurance
  • Work may be postponed due to adverse weather conditions
  • Customers and bystanders must maintain safe distances during work
  • We follow industry best practices and British Standards

8. Insurance and Liability
